Job Summary
The Head of Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Rovo’s long-term success by leading strategic initiatives across our business units: Rovo, Assembly, and Index. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize resources, and develop actionable plans that align with our company values and goals.
This role requires a balance of visionary thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that Rovo remains agile and competitive in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsabilities
Strategic Planning:
Lead the development and implementation of Rovo’s overarching strategic vision.
Collaborate with department heads to create aligned business unit strategies for sustained growth.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry opportunities to inform decision-making.
Identify risks and opportunities in new and existing markets, including potential expansions (e.g., Morocco).
Innovation & Optimization:
Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and innovation across all departments.
Leverage Rovo’s technological and process-driven culture to introduce scalable, impactful solutions.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and adapt plans as needed.
Ensure financial and operational performance aligns with strategic objectives.
Corporate Development:
Evaluate potential partnerships, investments, or acquisitions that align with Rovo’s long-term vision.
Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, presenting strategic updates, and aligning the board’s priorities with operational goals.

- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with supply chain management, international operations, or fashion-related industries.
- Experience working in or leading cross-border teams.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you maintain composure under high-stress situations and manage demanding clients or last-minute changes with professionalism and ease.
- Proactive in tackling issues, you’re skilled at analyzing challenges and generating practical solutions. You don’t just respond to problems; you anticipate them and take action to mitigate risks.
